I had booked an apartment with P dot G 1 year back. When I did so, it had a very unprofessional team of members, which were functioning in their office. Very poor service and follow up from them. Whenever I called, each person would put me onto another, making me hold the line for a long span of time. It really used to cheese me off. After repeated complaints from clients, looks like they now have got a whole new team of members, totally professional, ethical and courteous towards customers. It’s a total contrast of the previous team. Hope this team stays on, to be able to satisfy customers from all angles.
