- Step 1: The applicant has to visit the official website of Chhattisgarh Government.
- Step 2: Click on “Application letter for bpl card” which is displayed on the home page of the portal.
- Step 3: Now, the applicant can able to download the application form for a ration card.
- Step 4: Fill the application form with required details and attach the prescribed documents along with that application.
- Step 5: Then submit your hand written filled application to the nearest government office.
- Step 6: Upon submission, the applicant will be provided with acknowledgement slip for further reference.
