100 Choras Vaar Mafat Plot Yojana Gujarat 2023: is launched by the Gujarat state for the laborers and poor people of Gujarat. Scheme to provide 100 free land to agricultural labourers, rural artisans and backward people living in different villages of the state. 100 Chauras Vaar Mafat Plot Scheme by Panchayat Department: Implementation of new policy 2019 to improve the scheme of giving free plot of 100 square feet residential plot or houseless building in rural areas.

Mafat Plot Yojana [100 Choras Vaar] Gujarat Rural The state government’s scheme of free house plots for landless agricultural laborers and rural artisans living below poverty line in Gujarat is running since the year 1972.
It is notable that due to some provisions under the scheme, due to the plot being in the rural area, the needy beneficiaries could not get the benefit of the plot or household. Being a beneficiary of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the plot could not be allotted due to non-ownership of the plot or due to non-availability of name in the list of BPL and could not get the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
Mafat Plot Yojana Documents Required
- Aadhaar Card of the applicant
- Annual income certificate of the applicant
- The applicant should not have any type of land. This would also include your home.
- The applicant should be a rural artisan or laborer.
- Beneficiary should be of Pakhtwai. That means the applicant should not be a Sagir.
- Applicant should be included in BPL list.
- Annual income certificate should be given by Mamlatdar or Taluka Development Officer.
- The applicant should not have any kind of land. This would also include your home.
