  1. In December’21 I applied for top-up on home but HDFC Bank denied it, because my property is Mhada lotery property, however it is builder property which I received in lotery.

    My current home loan is already going with other bank i.e 14lk and I demand 10lk more with including loan transfer.
    Is there any clause that I am not eligible for top-up loan.
